Stretch and Flow: Yoga With Julia

Through each movement, students will flow through different yoga poses, build strength, tone muscles, find length and flexibility, and return to balance. This class is well suited for students who are looking for a chance to slow down at the end of the day. While no experience is necessary, students should have a mat. Two blocks and a blanket can also make the practice more accessible.
